Edison Academy and South County High School
Giving back to the community is a core value at Trademasters. Dave Kyle, Trademasters’ CEO, often spends time at Edison Academy and South County High School mentoring and teaching students in their HVAC programs. These schools are in the Fairfax County Public School system, and offer several programs in different specialties, ranging from Agriculture and Construction to Business and Law.
V3 Program
The V3 community is represented by a wide range of industries across the Commonwealth, from large and small businesses alike. These companies have demonstrated to the Commonwealth that they Value Veterans, and have made a public commitment to hire Veterans into their workforce. Trademasters supports veterans, and we make special recruitment efforts to bring them on our team.

The HIRE Vets Medallion Award is the only federal-level veterans’ employment award that recognizes a company or organization’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development. Trademasters is proud to receive this award in recognition of our dedication to hiring veterans.
