While some gutter systems are relatively simple to install, it is not always as cut and dry as it seems. With a gutter installation, the correct pitch is crucial to encourage water flow away from the house. Downspouts need to be properly placed to avoid allowing water to pool close to the home’s foundation. The proper tools are needed for the project such as an extension ladder to reach the roof, a cordless drill, tape measure, caulk gun, duckbill tin snips, a crimper, a hex head driver, and offset tin snips. How Do I Know Which Gutter Is Right For My Home?
