This Privacy Policy describes how Trademasters Service, Inc. (“Trademasters,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares the information of persons and companies (“user,” “you” or “your”) that access, download from or otherwise use our website “trademasters.com” (the “Website”), as well as information we collect, use or share when we propose to provide services to you or when you engage us to provide services (including any online services).

When you access or use our Website or engage us to provide services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Website and our provision of services is subject to this Privacy Policy, which incorporates by reference the Trademasters Terms of Use (including any provisions limiting the recovery of damages or regarding the resolution of disputes). Once the above=mentioned periods, each to the extent applicable, have concluded, the applicable Personal Information will be either permanently deleted, destroyed, or de-identified so that it can no longer reasonably be tied to you.

7. RESIDENTS OF CALIFORNIA

With respect to the California Shine the Light statute, we do not share your Personal Information with non-affiliated third parties for their own marketing use without your permission. With respect to the California Consumer Privacy Act, if you are a resident of California, you may contact us to submit a request to exercise your rights regarding Personal Information. For purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act, we do not “sell” your Personal Information.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
