Very thorough proposal process. Installation was in time and fast. Installers gave good “debrief” after installation and did a great job cleaning up. Follow-up about permit process and fall/spring check-up was fast. Excellent service!

The crew at Trademasters stands behind their work. I had an upstairs a/c system replaced and they did a great job. Overtime the base plate they used started to collapse into the garden bed . I sent pictures and they came out and replaced the base unit with a bigger one at no additional charge. It’s hard to find real honest people who do good work in the HVAC and plumbing trades but you can count on Trademasters to take care of you . Thanks again Dave and the crew

Trademaster personnel I had contact with were professional, technically competent and courteous. I compared products and services, and Trademaster gave me the best value.
These guys are amazing. I hired them to replace my furnace after getting a few other quotes, and they were the lowest by about $300. They also let me know that Washington Gas would give me a $300 rebate, which no other HVAC contractor mentioned, and even filled out the paperwork for me. I didn't feel like the salesperson was trying to sell me anything extra and I even got a better brand furnace (Trane) than your typical builder quality furnace. The install was quick and everyone spoke English, which I only mention because I tend to ask a lot of questions. Trademasters sent a QC inspector the following week, who caught a small mistake in the installation and fixed it immediately. He also replaced one of my breakers with a 15A breaker, which was needed because City of Alexandria codes don't allow for 20A breakers any more for my size furnace. They even mailed me some cookies afterwards! Ridiculously good company.
I've had a number of things done at my home in the past month and Trademasters has been a great partner in ensuring that everything is done right. Sandy, Ashley and everyone in the scheduling team has been great in ensuring that the appointments are scheduled right away, including last minute scheduling changes. Trademasters is also very transparent about the pricing. The cost is reasonable and actually lower than the other contractors I've worked with in the past. In my experience, having the service plan has been great and helped lower the total cost of the work that was done.
Very happy with the team at Trademasters. My HVAC went out during the middle of a heat wave, and they were all super helpful, knowledgeable and fast from beginning to end in installing a new system. A few people in my building recommended Trademasters to me, and I would definitely recommend them to others too!
