The Essential and Ultimate membership levels feature two annual Seasonal Refresh visits by our expert HVAC Technicians. We will make sure your air conditioner is ready to handle those hot summer months and your heating system is on point to keep you warm all winter.

Each Base level membership comes with an annual in-person Toolbox visit to help you stay on top of any maintenance or repairs needed for your home or surrounding property. Visit can include tasks such as a filter change and visual inspection for your HVAC unit, leak check for all faucets and toilets in your home, test and replace batteries in fire and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher check, seasonal change-over if scheduled during spring or fall, lightbulb replacement, and more

Each Trademasters membership comes with an exclusive TM ProView, a 3D scan and full documentation of your home's major systems and appliances. The TM ProView provides you with an updated view of the condition, quality, and functionality of your home and surrounding property. The home will be scanned by a TM ProView Specialist using a 3D camera, which further provides Trademasters and you, the member, with precise measurements of each interior room and the surrounding yard. Details from the ProView can then be used when designing or updating your living space. This safe, secure scan and documentation also allows you to reference your personal virtual catalog if an emergency ever occurs.

The Essential and Ultimate membership levels feature an annual FixMaster visit which is your opportunity to get those handyman tasks completed around your home. This two-hour visit can be used for minor repairs such as a leaky faucet, to patch minor holes in drywall and paint (paint must be onsite), the inspection and replacement of faulty light switches and outlets, the installation of previously purchased shelves, mounting TVs, lubricating hinges or adjusting the fit of a squeaky door, visual inspections of sump pumps, replacement or upgrade of light fixtures or ceiling fans, gutter inspection, replacement of weather stripping on windows, power washing of minor outdoor areas, safety inspections (fire and CO detectors, and fire extinguisher check), a check of your washer and dryer for clogs, bends, and leaks, replacement of HVAC filters, sealing gaps around windows, doors, and other openings, and more.

Our Ultimate level of membership includes an annual AquaPro visit with one of our professional plumbers. Regular plumbing inspections are essential for maintaining the health and safety of your home's plumbing system. This annual visit can be used to check for any potential leaks, make basic repairs, and may prevent costly repairs.
