My business had one of those nightmare weeks when everything went wrong with our mechanical systems. It began with a 200 Amp panel box failing resulting in the loss of power in one of our Suites. The property managements electrician believed that the HVAC caused the panel to fail, but I asked Trademasters for a second opinion. They were able to diagnose the issue and saved us a lot of money and critical time by properly diagnosing the problem. A few days later the roof mounted HVAC unit on another of our Suites stopped working. Again, Trademasters quickly came over and were able to immediately diagnose and fix the problem. Trademasters is an exceptional organization full of true professionals from the owner, to the techs, and all of the staff. This a very good and trustworthy company that I highly recommend.

David and Connor arrived on time and prepared to go to work a little after 7am. They dismantled the old system and carefully preserved the old refrigerant. They installed the new system, carefully checking as they went along. Once installed, the tested the total system for correct operation. They thoroughly cleaned up all their debris. The work was completed and fully operating when they left at 12:30pm.

Trademasters is its namesake.I needed to replace an HVAC system that was 30+ years old and had requested estimates from three difference companies. Trademasters made it an easy decision upfront and constantly reinforced that it was a good decision to go with them.Everyone that I interacted with from this company was on-time, professional, and intelligent about their subject matter. Shane, who did the initial visit for inspection to prepare an estimate, was prompt with both his arrival and with his promised delivery of the proposal itself; it was in my inbox the next morning. I made clear to Shane that one of my main goals was efficiency, and he gave me a proposal that addressed that goal. It was extremely competitive in terms of efficiency as well as cost. The proposal was for a Daikin Fit heat pump with gas backup and a Daikin One thermostat. (As far as I can tell, Trademasters is the *only* company in the area that installs Daikin.) Shane was available via email and phone to eagerly and happily took the time to address questions I had about the proposed furnace as well as the type of refrigerant being used.When it turned out that the needed equipment would take a few days to arrive from the manufacturer, Trademasters provided, at no cost to me, a portable a/c unit I could use to keep cool as spring gave way to summer; thank you to Josh for on-time delivery and setup of the unit.The level of detail the crew shows was exemplified in when they inspected the equipment after it arrived from the manufacturer. Rather than receive the equipment and load it up right away, they checked it over and identified damage from shipping that could have compromised the internal components. They were able to get the manufacturer to expedite a new part and communicated the issue to me so I knew and understood what was happening.Another aspect that I caught my attention was an offhand comment during the pre-installation visit from Ben. Aside from writing down accurate measurements and well-thought-out plan of approach for the day of installation, he mentioned in the course of conversation a tidbit that he had learned while listening to an HVAC podcast. Yes, an HVAC podcast. I had no idea such a thing existed, but it signaled to me that Ben was continuing to expand and refresh his knowledge about his field of expertise. Just as you would prefer to go under the knife of a surgeon who is up-to-date on knowledge about a procedure you're undergoing, it makes sense to want to hire HVAC professionals who continue to develop their knowledge of a field that continues to evolve.On the big day. David and Connor were prompt, just like everyone else, and they set right to work. While I stayed out of their way, there were very friendly when answering questions I had while observing the process. Even Ben made a brief appearance to check in and observe that things were going smoothly. Ultimately, they made quick work of the installation, wrapping up before 3PM!Finally, I would be remiss without mentioning Jamie. Though I only ever interacted with her via email and phone, she was the New Systems Manager that orchestrated the whole experience and maintained communication with me throughout. Had a minor flood in my kitchen due to a busted faucet. Phil came out and quoted me a fair price. To give you an idea this was 50% of what another company had quoted me. I needed to have the faucet installed and a pipe rerouted. Phil took care of it in no time flat, told me everything he was doing, and adjusted my home water pressure so I wouldn’t have further issues. Phil is a really good guy and a very good plumber.

I have been using Trademasters for several years to do my HVAC maintenance and a condominium required furnace inspection. They have been very upfront about any repairs that have been required and don't automatically push replacing your system. They have always timely when you make an appointment. To flush this out a bit more, I had them replace my entire system because I wanted an up to date and more efficient system. The crew that did the installation was knowledgeable and professional and did a very neat job. Unfortunately the new compressor had a leak because of faulty manufacture. But when there are problems this is when a company shows its true colors. Jamie got right on it to get a replacement compressor delivered and they sent a crew out the next week to install it. Again the second crew was professional and did exceptional work. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who cares to ask.

My kitchen sink was taking very long to drain. Phil and Devon were the Plumbers that came to my home and they were so personable. The people at Trademasters came to install a new AC unit after the old one didn't produce any cold air anymore. They were professional, well mannered, and kept me informed about what they were doing. Of course our AC died on the hottest day of the year. Trademasters got a technician out the same day. Bad news ... needed a new outdoor unit. It took a couple of days to get the unit installed, but I'm a very happy repeat Trademasters customer. They show up when they say the will, do the work they promise, at a very good price. Plus they are really nice folks to work with. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

My HVAC of 23 years kicked the bucket. I received four proposals to replace my system. Trademasters Service gave me a fair proposal and blew the competition out of the water hence, it was an easy decision for me on who to hire. On the day of my installation, the crew showed up early and on time. They worked really hard and did a fabulous job. When the job was complete, they showed me everything that was done and made sure that if I had any questions at all, they were answered. The crew cleaned up and I was left to enjoy my new HVAC system. I would not hesitate to recommend Trademasters to anyone and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Needed new AC system because of the freon availability. Was going to do so during COVID last summer but had to wait. Meanwhile raccoons got into our attic Heat Pump system that we were also going to replace.Trademasters did both at the same time including getting AC up and running during our first hot spell this summer. Working with manufacturers to get the equipment/parts needed. The men were lovely.They just did the job. Would reccomend them anytime.

Trademasters was quick to provide a quote for a replacement HVAC unit. Price was responsible with no "hidden" costs. They were sure to include and explain the little things that really make a difference that we would not have even though of as a homeowner. Things that seem “small” but are worth it such as a trap we can see and clean, a drip pan sensor and float sensor to detect leaks and clogged lines to prevent water damage to our house, and a new equipment pad and risers for the outdoor unit. Really appreciated the honesty and transparency of the quote. They additionally provided great information for us to decide on the type of replacement unit we wanted/needed. They answered any questions we had promptly and thoroughly. When the two technicians arrived on site they were on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They wore face masks (COVID), shoe covers, and laid down a drop cloth from the front door to the indoor unit to protect the house during their work and trips inside and out. They were impeccable when they cleaned up their work inside and out. They were extremely professional, hard working and efficient during their time here. The orientation of the new unit, explanation of the initial startup, testing of the unit and all the details of the work completed were above standard. Trademasters really goes above and beyond from start to finish.

I'm giving Trademasters five stars thanks to the five-star service we received. We recently had our ancient (and dead) HVAC unit replaced by this company and the quality of work was excellent! Also, the staff worked with a high level of professionalism.From our initial estimate meeting with Shane, I was very comfortable with his knowledge and was confident that they could do the job, which wasn't and easy one due to the age of our previous unit and the orientation of it. Shane gave a competitive quote and we decided on Trademasters largely due to his understanding of the situation and his experience.The staff worked from 7 am to 4 pm. It was an all-day job, but they got the work done earlier than previously estimated. Safety precautions were definitely taken and the technicians kept their masks on for the duration of the work, which alleviated any concerns. Once that air conditioning kicked it, relief was granted! Payment was easy as well and the office staff did a great job coordinating everything.Awesome service and highly recommended!

We had our air conditioning go out unexpectedly on a weekend. I called first thing on a Saturday morning, and a technician came out later that same morning. He was able to get the system back working in the morning, but in the afternoon we heard a sound that indicated a further problem. We called and the technician came out again that same day, was able to do some additional diagnostics and determined that a bear in the motor had gone. While Trademasters was not able to fix it that day, they called first thing Monday morning and got a technician out to replace the motor. We have a regular service agreement and they only charged us for replacing the motor. I very much appreciate the expertise and professionalism of the technicians and prompt response from the support staff. I will definitely stay with Trademasters.

Our experience with Trademaster was a very welcome exceptional experience in replacing our HVAC system. We had contact with five representatives/technicians for the entire process. All were most professional in presenting the information we requested to the actual installation. With the average daily temperature reaching 90 degrees, the time for replacing our system was important. We had a total of 5 estimates for replacement of a heat pump and air handler for our townhouse. We found a wide range of prices, as much as $800 between them. We chose Trademasters, which was in the middle of that range, in part because they installed a furnace/ a/c in another home for us and have done fall and springs checks since then. They had always been easy to work with and schedule. That system is still working well. We had the townhouse checked out when we purchased it. David was the technician. He did a great job, explained everything about the heat pump and air handler, what potential problems we might have and the new R-ratings for coolant. The hardware was very dated (1985 and 2004), so when it had problems later, we had Trademastesr prepare an estimate. The estimator, Shane, like David, gave us cogent and detailed information and explained what he thought our best choices were. Chris (crew leader), Stephen, and Luis did the installation. They called ahead, were on time (early, even), watched out that the muddy outside did not come inside, even put up with the rambunctious puppy with grace. They worked straight through until the work was done and the house was heated, just before the unusual very cold spell that occurred in November 2019. Kudos to all of them. We would fully recommend Trademasters.

Trademasters provides some of the best service for a reasonable rate I know. Usually, you can’t trust plumbers or HVAC technicians but these guys are the real deal and the owner Dave is the kind of guy you hope to have as a neighbor!

Trademasters inspected our water heater & A/C as required by our Condo HOA. The tech was friendly, professional and showed up on time. The fee for their service was fear and reasonable. We decided to obtain their annual service contract for our Heating and A/C.

This is a really good company I know that. However the last time I called them for service. I asked that my filters be changed. Letting them know that an 8-ft ladder would suffice for the first filter. However a larger ladder would be required for the second filter to be changed. When they came out only the one filter was changed. With the gentleman stating he didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach the second filter. I offered my ladder from the garage. However he refused, stating he was not allowed to use a customer's ladder. I was still charged the same amount for my service call?

The work was done and it did take a long time. The lead technician had an attitude that was unprofessional. He threatened to walk out before the job was completed because I asked him whether or not they were going to repair my heater drip pan they damaged and whether or not they were going to clean up. He also accused me of not being nice. He is there to install the AC and to answer the client’s questions without an attitude

If you’re planning to work done or change your HVAC system, be careful, you may get HVACED with some companies out there.To be more specific, I had installed a new system with “TradeMasters “about two years ago in my condo .I did not have enough heat throughout in the winter and now , no cold air.After two visits from them with no good results, I finally called and hired “Kraft” company and they told me there are two things wrong from the original installation and they must be corrected and they gave me an estimate.I approached TradeTmasters to come and correct their faulty installation .They came and gave me an estimate about twice as the other company.I finally had “ Kraft “ to do the repair and now after two years the system is up and running.Not only I was HACKED by TradeMastrers, my system was also HVACED by them.Be careful out there Shahrokh ,
