Why Is Making The Inc. 5000 List Important?
Landing a position on the Inc. 5000 List is an extraordinary accomplishment that countless independent and privately held American companies strive to achieve. However, the Inc. 5000 List only recognizes the fastest-growing companies in America from the previous three years, making a position on this list considered a significant honor.
Placing on the Inc. 5000 List twice is an even greater honor! While tens of thousands of companies apply, only a small fraction are ever able to make it on the list twice. Securing our place here two years in a row puts Trademasters firmly among America’s top entrepreneurial successes, an honor we humbly celebrate.

How Did Trademasters Accomplish This Growth?
Growth for Trademasters comes from two main sources. The first is in Kyle’s exceptional focus on building people up as much as building up his business. The second is Kyle’s ability to find and deliver on contracts even through inconvenience and difficulty.
Early in the Trademasters journey, Kyle was determined to prioritize his people over promoting his business. Kyle’s firm belief was that high standards of quality work would eventually speak for itself. While other competing companies spent money on marketing and promotions, Kyle invested in technician training and acquiring certifications in the hopes of building a strong, healthy team. Additionally, Kyle has focused on treating his “employees” and technicians like coworkers, helping to instill a sense of ownership and investment in the company from all.
This focus on people laid a firm foundation on which Trademasters built a long-term success.
Kyle’s calculated decision making and care for people has more than paid off. Not only has he built a solid company with a strong, loyal team, but Trademasters has made the Inc. 5000 list two years in a row and been offered countless other awards along the way.
