Naval Research Laboratory
This site Included a wide variety of more than 20 significant projects focusing on modernization and energy efficiency, mechanical and water systems, steam, hot water, VRV and VRF systems, clean rooms, campus compressed air, and installation of a design/build chiller for a cyclotron.
Joint Base Andrews
This large energy project included phased services for over 50 buildings on the flight line and highly secure hangars; including boilers, decentralized large steam systems conversion to high efficiency hot water systems, VRV and VRF custom installations, complete duct systems, high efficiency packaged units, chillers, mechanical systems, design /build, solar, controls, high efficiency utilities, maintenance programs and piping.
National Institute of Standards and Technology
Over 25 successful projects have been completed at this historic, highly-secured site focused on all aspects of the operation, including construction, design/build, mechanical and controls, compressed air, chiller systems, custom fabricated labs, vacuum pumps, laboratory exhaust, electrical systems, plumbing, and lighting.
Wilbur J. Cohen Federal Office Building
We have successfully completed a large array of tasks at this 1 million square foot multidisciplinary historic 1930’s complex. With over 20 broadcast studios, this building operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Fort Belvoir Army Base
Successfully completed over 100 projects for this historic, highly-secured area that include design/build, mechanical conversion and complete renovations.
Mary E. Switzer Federal Office Building
Maintains this historic LEED certified building whose services included green roof, geothermal, central plant, mechanical systems, hardware, high efficiency lighting, plumbing, electrical, hot water, HVAC, construction, and operations and maintenance services.
U.S. Naval Observatory
Successfully completed time sensitive projects performed in over 20 buildings included high efficiency energy projects, high efficiency boilers, steam decentralization, in-ground utilities, complete control systems, geothermal systems, high efficiency mechanical systems, and installation of a dedicated system to cool the atomic clock equipment. These historic, highly-secured buildings were fully occupied during the time of service.
Washington Navy Yard
Multiple design/build projects were completed at this historic, fully-occupied secure site. Featured projects include: excavation and repair of major inground utilities, installing high efficiency equipment, general repairs, water systems, and major boiler overhaul.
Department of Commerce Headquarters
Work performed at this site include: building operations, maintenance and complete repairs to central plant serving 1.8 million square foot facility and maintenance for approximately 2,000 pieces of equipment. Trademasters also performed preventive and remedial maintenance for all centrifugal chillers and cooling towers, replaced required parts, conducted vibration analysis and operational inspections, and performed equipment flow testing audits dedicated to identifying areas of improvement to increase total overall performance.
